Knock Sensor is a common one too. The SES light was ON on my X for the last 3 years I had it because of that, but no I'll effects.

I'm guessing by seizing he means they are seized into the anchors via the splines, this is common and they actually can be very difficult to get out. However, they WILL come out with some work, some heat, and a good puller.
