Just get them from 1010tires.com like I did (BFG Mud Terrain) then once they arrive go somewhere and have them installed where you won't get hassled.

If you can't take the bolt out just cut the head off as suggested but don't cut it flush with the block. Got my cam bolts today, I just went to Nissan and got em, they were $74 bucks plus washers which were $19 and change. Now I just have to wait for my lift to arrive and I'm ready to roll. Hopefully I can reuse the existing nuts.
