Flight 3407
OK i just have to get this off my chest .......
Last year in Late April a friend and I flew to Manchester.
We left Bufflao on Colgan Air bound for Newark to make our Contential Airlines connection to England.
Right the same flight number, on the same carrier, in the same (type of) aircraft. Just about one year ago. We made the same connection on the same airline, and craft return flight as well.
We were delayed in Buffalo due to 'High WInds' in the Newark area and we missed our connection.
Debbie and I listened to the news last night and read the transcripts in the 'Star' this morning. I have zero recolection as to my flight crews names but I wonder now if we were delayed in Buffalo for so long because our crew had 'no experience' in high wind conditions.
Debbie and I fly alot. Too much really, and we loked at eachother last night after watching that, and .....
Lets just say that for me ... a little too close for comfort.
