I'd like to offer up a suggestion. Can the Owner's Rigs section be made viewable by all but have posting restricted to premium members? I think showcasing member's trucks is great for everyone. It lets other members see what can be done to their trucks.
Just a thought.

that's not a good way to promote this site.. there are other areas that are restricted and those are not a bad idea.

Actually, I do believe we initially planned for that Cobrastrike. I think we simply locked it down a little too much.

I'll confer with the group, and I'll post back on the concensus. You're right (as is momud) that it's a great way to promote the site, however, we have to be careful with security issues, as we've had in the past with certain folks seeing too much.

Bender was just having some fun. It has nothing to do with trying to coax more donations out of members. There are certain privacy issues at play here as well.

We will listen to the feedback of the PREMIUM MEMBERS and base our decisions on what they have to say on the subject. It's their trucks on display.

We are a Nissan enthusiast forum not an off road site,( thats the way its been since day one, and will remain that way forever ) and we are more club than anything else.So to your statement, the front page and all the subsequent pages, are what promotes the site, not the owners rig section.
