^ Ya, you MADE your own.

Heard from NXRocks.

"Since this is overseas - I have to send out an invoice, UPS calculator in my site works only in US. For this I need an E-mail address where to send the invoice via PayPal. Once I received the money the clock start counting. It should take no more than 3 weeks to have them shipped. Remy"

So those in the deal need to PM Remy and email addy. And I'm sure he meant "international."

If you sent him an email he will email you a bill. You open it up, log into paypal, and pay the bill. All your info should pretty much pop up automaticaly if you created an account.

...still got the cardboard on them.

But I do hope to prime and bedline next week. I'll post pics once I have something worthwhile. Some photos might be of the "never before seen" variety, but that's all I'll say for now. (No, it's not the truck or the skids or me.)

I will say that it is one thing to read the specifications on these skids, but it is quite another to hold, lift, or feel them - they are thick. My noobishness has no idea what it would take to dent these, never mind damage whatever is on the far side of them.

don't let them charge duty on it if they are made in USA. If they do, and you have proof the plates are made stateside, you can get the duty refunded to you via government cheque

Okay, here are the installation photos...

Friend's garage at home, with seemingly stupid wooden floor...

The only issue in installing the skids was that one of the gas-tank-side (bump stops?) didn’t want to share space with one of the brackets for the skid plate. We ground a little extra space out of it and re-installed it. It seemed in the instructions that it was not to be re-installed, so we figured ours was the best course of action.

Re-finishing session coming up in the same pit - tightening, re-coating, etc. Those skids definitely saved my bacon. Damir was on the same run that my recent photos come from; his lifted X seemed to have a much easier time of it, but I'm not sure even he would have done that run without skids.
