i can't see you being able to drive with that on, it must be a kind of "portable garage" to keep the weather off the vehicle.
Good for places that get a lot of hail, and you don't have room or allowed to build a carport or garage.

got a friend somewhere in mexico now with his expo rig and using that same maggiolina tent(scored and got it used), working nice i hear.
