Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Been a pretty busy weekend so far. Boxed in the rest of my frame on friday, and today I took my other pathy out of storage and got it running. Thought the battery was FUBAR but turns out the positive clamp wouldn't hold tight enough. Let it idle while I was cutting the grass and now it can finally move on its own lol.

Played with some spray bedliner today...
Some advice to anyone thinking of using spray bedliner. The consistancy of the product took me by surprise. I expected thick and goopy, it's actually as thin as water and goopy.
It would have worked a lot better to paint the bumper and plastic with black paint first, and then use the bedliner as a light spray coat on top of the paint.

bought a M205 Nissan Titan front differential. Might have 4wd by the June 4th rookie/shakedown run depending on how long it takes to ship. MMM titan front end in an Xterra. No more blown front ends

Not my truck, but repainted my trailer. Very quick and dirty, a small can of tremclad gloss black, a small roller and about 30 minutes. Finished it last night about an hr before the rain started coming down so have yet to see what it looks like (parked in garage after painting).

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Fixed parking brake, vacuumed the inside, adjusted hood latch to draw it in tighter, and repainted the trim around the windshield. I also discovered that my upper rear link bushings are getting loose, another thing to add to the list!

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Picked up some 35" BFG KM2's for my Rubicon. Broke the locking wheel nut tool while trying to remove the second wheel... Needless to say everything came to a screeching halt at that point. Can't wait to get the tires on!!!
Also ordered some windshield mounted lights and brackets, cool little LED units - Rigid Dually lights. They should be pretty neat. They're only 3" x 3", so they're pretty small, but with the same output as a 50W MR16 halogen bulb - and only pulling 15W of power.
Here's a link for the lights, if anyone is interested. I will post pictures when installed.

Found bad front UCA bushings, idler arm and brake flex hose. Ordered everything except uca bushings. Put all new drive belts on, and took it for a car wash.
