Called crawford directly. They had no file or record of out claim ??? They contacted the dealer and got back to us same day.

April 5th finally got the payout from crawford directly. 401/Dixie Nissan dropped the ball so many time on this it is beyond comprehension.

You have to make an appointment at your local Nissan dealer for inspection then they inquire with Nissan Canada.
Thats what I did but a safety is required in my province in order to be plated so my Pathfinder was sadly sent to the junkyard.
