I would have to disagree with the DD one. Another meaning comes to mind first...

"Double Double" from Tims.

I don't know what the rest of you were thinking. :teeth:

SarnX.

This is an automotive forum, RTFM is irrelevant on here.

It should be,

RTFOM = Read The F-ing Owner's Manual

or

RTFSM = Read The F-ing Service Manual

I thought PA was Princess Auto.....live and learn.

PA can be Princess Auto.

And as for FSM, it's not a bunch of atheists with their panties in a knot, it's a group of people fiercely opposed to the very strong Creationist movement in the States, where a literal read of the Bible is being thrust into the science classroom... FSM is simply a humourous attack on their plan - the argument being the same as the Creationists; namely, that a Flying Spaghetti Monster can be conceived as the Master Creator just as convincingly as a white guy with a long, white beard. So, why not teach FSM in the classroom, too?

I can't believe the most common acronym is missing off that list. :irked:

4WD = 4 (FOUR) Wheel Drive

Or, is it because it is so obvious that it was left off the list? Still no excuse!

PA can also mean, Public Address as in a PA speaker for a CB.

Oh sh!t, you missed CB as well! :o

CB = Citizens Band (Radio)

As for 'Flying Spaghetti Monsters,' stop making me frigg'n hungry! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, SPAGHETTI!

All hail the creator of spaghetti. :worthy: Or was that the Chinese. I can't remember. :squeam:
