Garmin Support Forums
I came across this by accident after doing a Google search on Garmin products. Apparently they have support forums.

You can register using your myGarmin account which you can get here if you don't already have one.

There doesn't appear to be any direct link from the Garmin web site though so you may want to bookmark it once you get there. Doesn't surprise me though, for the longest time there was never a direct link to their Mac software on the site. You had to know the URL and type it in by hand.

cool, i could have used that when i was trying to figure out why my 60csx would reset itself every time it made a route recalculation, but then i updated the firmware and it's been fine ever since
