Installation is the same.

As I said, there are pros and cons to both set-ups. Some will swear that Calmini is the way to go, others will say to stay away. The same can be said about AC.

PERSONALLY, I would not purchase the arms from AC again, but that is only because I have had some issues with alignments on mine, which I attribute to the quality of my UCA's not being the greatest. I went with AC originally because I didn't want to get stuck with Calmini's shocks, which are reportedly not the greatest.

If I had to purchase another set of UCA's, I would get Calmini ones. I like their design a bit better, and I think their manufacturing is better then AC's, at least when it comes to this particular product.

Be warned though, Calmini's powdercoat WILL flake off. It's not a question of IF, but when.

My powder coat ain't the problem.lol....I have the older pre-zerk UCAs, won't do that again. The arms are great and alignment was easy, but the squeak could drive one to....well... distraction. The new ones are zerked and run different bushings, which apparently has eliminated or atleast reduced the squeak issue. Grease is your friend.

This of course can be fixed by replacing the bushings with the ones they offer now. And greasing the F*** out of them.

I ONLY have a PML.As far as a tire carier goes,I just saw one somewhere that goes into your trailer hitch,if you have a hitch.Ya and get a 'Get r Done' sticker on the rig.You need to red neck it up a bit.haha

I've looked at that one and really like it you just need to add a jerry can holder. I was going to make my own at some point love fabricating. I was thinking of making just a jerry can and chain saw holder for when I go up north or out to the farm. You always need a chain saw. I'm rambling.

That carrier is the quickest but not too close fitting nothing like having to mod a mod.

Trees are always down in the wood lot on my uncles farm and it's nice to keep the hot saw and gas out of the truck till it cools as well a nice pace to gas up and oil. this will be my other side project. Too many ideas damn Zombies you got to be prepared.

Okay guy's,been thinking a little,.Anyhoo,those longer rear shocks,is it just for articulation or does it make the ride better also?Also Rancho or Bilstien,which one is better,including in the winter,or price.Any difference that way.Orrrr any other choices?

You think they are that bad,weight wise?What about a aftermarket hitch built into the bumper.Better or not?
