Well, that's a tricky one. Don't do anything in white and blue, that will only make it worse. I would start with replacing the glass and then giving your head a shake

The ONLY way to fix it is to blast away everything you can, use etching primer, regular primer then paint it SOLAR YELLOW!!!

If anyone tells you different they are simply delusional
