Custom parking brake cables
Has anyone ever made their own parking brake cables? Mine are shot (one is literally gone), and they are NLA from Nissan. Used ones are impossible to find.

Re: Custom parking brake cables
Find something with about the same length cable and figure out how to make it interface with the brakes.

Pathfinder, I checked rock auto but they're only drum cables and the way they mount to the backing plate is different. I'll look into some other ones when I get back from Halifax.

Re: Custom parking brake cables
Maybe find the part number for the backing plate or the "actuator thingy" and see if it was also used on a newer vehicle that you can order cables for?
