Went to take a buddy out for a spin, the passenger seat belt started pulling out fine and then stopped short of being usable. I tried yanking it, it won't budge. If it is a heat shield, I wonder if I could get someone to knock the exhaust while I sit inside the cab and be able to replicate it? I really hope that's all it is.
