Old post, but replying..IMS has it's own gasket to seat the upper manifold to the IMS. Contact the supplier or goop the chit outter her. Do you still have issues? Did you get one?

Coles notes: radflo supplied the bearings and insert bushing thingies, fast and accurate. Oakville Nissan got me the new lower shock bolts and nuts. Zero issues and fast shipping/pickup.

That's quite the unique project you got goin on there. I had to google what those were. So if I have it right those are a heat exchanger that sit between the blower and intake plenum some how? I imagine you need to somehow get a spacer made to fit between the two and have those inserted into the spa...

Well that's different! Looks a lot like a F150 to me. Not really liking the redesign, but like many redesigns I'm sure it'll look cool in 9 months. Nd4Speed, for what it's worth places like parts source do sell the pins. Did a rear diff fluid change today myself.
