I should check the forum more often lol. I got the same "Navara" snorkel. Template that came with the kit wasnt that acurate on the X. Had to move it back a few inches if i remember corectly.

Not sure what the GVWR of an X is. But i had full set of skid plates, sliders, bumper, winch, had my rear seats, cargo area, and roof rack fully loaded plus spare gas. It did felt pretty heavy.

Most new cars have a spot in the front to screw in a recovery point, which usually is kept with the spare tire.
