My PRG UCAs used Heim Joints at the frame. No discernible wear in over 100,000 km. There is a downside to them though, there is zero isolation from the frame so you feel everything through them.

Bushing at the frame or the uni-ball / ball-join at the spindle?

Did this project get finished?

Restarting the truck (Titan) always worked for me. Engage the transfer case before the ABS runs it's checks, once engaged it never kicked out.

New truck is manually shifted, no worries about electronics with this one.

Replaced all four leaf spring packs, and rebushed the equalizer bars on the travel trailer suspension. The orginal springs were starting to defrom "plastically", espescially the right rear. The springs were starting to look like w's not u's. Job went well, impact made removing the old hard...

The Nissan part is readily available from the dealer and cheap. Just order it and pick it up the next day.

Isn't there a complete SC Xterra for sale for $1,500?

Especially when beat juice is supposedly just as effective and doesn't cause corrosion.

Dealer replaced tow mirrors and door lock switch. Items that didn't work when I picked it up. Sales made the commitment at the time and followed through when service told them both mirrors needed to be replaced, at >$800 a piece. 02 Sensor was also replaced, new parts warranty for the sensor install...

Nothing, haven't touched it. At this point I'm still considering a build with it or selling it. If I sell it my cousin has 'dibs', but I'm not sure how serious he is.
