That's exactly what's going on. But the numbers are still off the chart. I have to lean it off, and probably pull the timing back, and tighten the plug gap, and then it put it all back afterwards so it runs properly... I don't have any probes...

I thought I'd share this story, as I try to renew the sticker on the Jeep. The Jeep is a 1989 YJ, equipped with a Chevy 350, 5.7L V8. The tranny is a TH350, automatic 3 -speed. OK, maybe I'm a right moron (be quiet Simon) but:

Is this right: When I send off a PM it just lurks in my outbox, it doesn't get moved to "sent." And for the life of me this seems wrong. I'm just curious if I'm doing something bone-headed. Thoughts?
