Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Quebec might not do emissions, but it is still a PITA to deal with. The truck will fail if you have any type of warning light on. (CEL, TPMS, ABS, etc...) The truck will fail if you have anything more that a PML, they don't like longer shackles. The truck will fail if you have any kind of play in th...

Re: If You own a Jeep..
If you think speed is involved, just do the math: Let's start with he hypothetical speed of 10km/h, which is a little less tham 3m/second. Since the tree barely made it 1 meter into the cab, this means he took roughly 1/3 of a second to realize what was going on, hit the brakes and stop the truck......

Re: If You own a Jeep..
At nearly 100 km/hr, that will happen to any truck..... This guy is lucky to be alive, and a COMPLETE idiot for his driving habits, as with most people who know very little about the world of trail riding, they seem to thin trails are race tracks and hammer the gas. M.O.R.O.N. Good post, an...

Any 2005 & up wheel won't fit. You might find some with the same dimensions, but the bolt pattern is different.

Are you sure? I had the same thing (noise when the clutch pedal is down), they replaced the release bearing and it went away...Morpheus wrote:sounds opposite of the usual release bearing symptoms, but anything's possible.

Re: Spare of a different size?
With the Nissan LSD in the rear, as long as you put it in the front you can get away with a tire that is 1 or maybe 2 inches smaller... but it's only as a way to get you back home. I wouldn't recommend driving on it more than you really need to. For cars it doesn't really matter. Since they almost a...

Re: Ghetto RTT
Why not just stake it in while it is on the ground and be done with it? 'cause the ground is unlevel , wet, full of beer caps, etc., perhaps? Could be that, but the first reason why RTT exists is to protect you from the wildlife. It's not an issue here in Canada as most of the wild animals we have ...
