New here stupid but easy question I have tried looking but with my small phone screen it's a pain..
I'm going to be doing a small pml on a 2000 xterra will I need to replace rear shocks or will oem size work

You don't need to get new shocks, however if you want the most down-travel out of your PML, you want to get longer shocks.

If the PML is just for looks (no or minor off-roading) no need for new shocks.

Adventure Weekend" event for some camping/off-roading.

I am not an Xterra owner but I am sure someone will chime in to verify your answer. My gut tells me your shocks should be ok at 1½". And the only stupid question is the one nobody asked! :)


EDIT - Sandor beat me to the post and he has -been there done that- so you can trust that answer. :thumbup:

3 inch is to much wouldn't fit in garage lol
It has around 257km needs a bit of work I'll get it going soon.. Thanks :)
