Warn Manual Locking Hubs
Hi all it's been a very long time since I've been on the forum. So long that i went to the old URL.
I was hoping someone with an 03 SC and Warn manual locking hubs could tell me the part number and if there is somewhere in Canada to get a set. The Warn site only lists up to 2000 but I could have sworn I have seen folks with 03's using them. Warns 2000 part number is "29091". Would this be the same for the 2003?
If I shift into 4x4 and leave it there my 4x4 light comes on as normal but the front wheels do not produce any drive. (I know this because today all I had was 2 wheel drive even when the 4x4 light was on. There is no noise until I shift out of 4x4 back to 2wd then i get a loud clicking/grinding noise coming from the left front when I disengage 4x4. If I try to engage 4x4 again (while moving) it wont shift it grinds even louder. When I stop I can shift but the grinding noise persists.
The only time I do not get noise in 4x4 is when I first start up and shift to 4x4, but again there is no drive from the front wheels.
I figure the auto-lock hubs are done and I always wanted to get manual locking hubs anyway.

Re: Warn Manual Locking Hubs
The warn part number you have 29091 is correct.
I got mine from nsor.com (North Shore Offroad) for a decent price ~$180-200CDN shipped to my door a few years back.
