Started the pathy after one month of being parked outside... Truck started like a champ.
I removed the positive end prior to leaving, and the optima still holds charge real good.

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
I Got it on Saturday. I was thinking about getting a bumper made from a local shop in a few weeks so last week I put an ad on kijiji just to see if I'd get lucky and find someone selling one (didnt think id get a reply) but then a few days later I got an email from a guy selling his shrock bumper, He said he was selling his truck soon. Re: What did you do to your rig today?
charged the battery in the S10 since i havent fired it up in almost 2 months. took about 3 hours on trickle charge. ordered a baja kit from California. it has 4 inch flared fiberglass front fenders and box sides. cant wait to get it, i'll need a bunch of hands to lift the box off in the spring. then i will clean and repaint the frame (after washing off 11 years of crown rust control).

Sold it, can't believe I've had it 5 years but it is going to a good home and I got my asking price. Mods are staying with me though.

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Just picked up a 12,000lb winch from a buddy as a thank-you for shingling his front porch. He hates heights, isn't handy with tools and doesn't like to get dirty...
Next is to order a front bumper to handle this big thing! Isn't that how it's supposed to go, though? Get one accessory for your rig and buy a couple more to complete the modification!

New primary O2's, new brake pads, and new wheel studs on one side. This was on the X
Yesterday was new primary O2's and wires for Carri's truck, and an oil change on my dads.

Since you are in the car-work mode, would you mind tearing down my truck .
Started tearing her down today, I'm a little behind schedule but should have it done tomorrow for the new owner to pick up.

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Yesterday I got the new truck registered and insured. Drove it around today and it drives really nice and smooth. Can't believe how much nicer it drives in comparison. I think there was something seriously wrong with my old one that I could never find.
According to the used vehicle info pack I had to buy it belonged to some Italians in Toronto originally.
Next on the to-do list is to remove that swear word from the roof rack
