U joint Replacement
OK so i started working on the truck because i have a bad u joint on the front drive shaft so i removed the old one was a little tougher to get it out than i thought it would be(BFH and a socket) now when i try to install the new one i can get one pair in properly when i do the second pair of caps they seem to crack and press out in the center. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong or suggestions would help or even what might be causing this.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Try rotating it 90 degrees?
Make sure the surfaces are clean.

Make sure the little needle bearings don't fall down inside the cap.
