Other Coleman Stove Regulator Options? Low Profile?

Other Coleman Stove Regulator Options? Low Profile?
I`m looking at hopefully changing my camping setup next year, and I was looking at a setup for a new Coleman grill and stove, since my combo one is a bit small for 2 people with the way we cook. One thing that bothers me is the design of the Coleman regulator
It`s long and awkward to place, especially with my hoses that run to a 20lb tank. I`m wondering if there an option that exists that is a lower profile one. It would make it easy to have the stoves in a croweded area. Or are there options other than Coleman, that have better connections?
