Gen1 X Clearing 33s - Fender Side

Post by Nd4SpdSe »

I'm wondering what you guys do with your fender/liners for the Gen1 Xterra's to clear 33's. I've trimmed a lot so far, but I'm really looking like I'm close or could be touching the metal of the fender or the rocker, not sure, but I'm wondering if you guys could share how you clear your tires in that corner of the truck, with pics ;)

I used a BFH and beat the hell out of the corner of the fender.

I thought it would clear no problem with the 3"sl and 2 " body. Interesting.

Similar issue on a pathfinder. Did what Scott did and problem solved.

BFH for the win! Was thinking BFH FTW but it seemed too much.

Might make a good t-shirt though. With a cool graphic.
