Reman'ed I assume?
Did that one in the driveway a couple of years ago. Ugh is 'effin right. Stripped the fitting on the hardline on top of the box, now it requires vice gripes to remove.

Yep. Mine stripped too, but torches and Acetelyne would not budge it. Hacksaw FTW. New power steering line came in today. Off to the garage to finish the job....Jayman wrote:Reman'ed I assume?

Yes, reman. Supplier was good to me and warrantied it off the one I installed a year ago for leaking, even tho they've seen my truck.
And done.

Replaced the screen on one side of the cap. 3:00am thunder storm forced me rip it apart last summer sleeping in the back to get it closed. Better circulation now Also swaped the belt and tensioner. I'm hoping it was the tensioner making the squealing noise in the mornings. Funny thing screen job took longer than the belt and tensioner ;(

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Oh, there's a story. It involves me finding out my snorkel to air box is not water tight, and me now needing to remove and wash out my interior.
I'm waiting for pics from others. The story will be told around the campfire at aw2014!
