If anyone from the south, say Hamilton, is going to be in the north, say Sudbury. An wouldn't mind transporting something bulky but light please let me know.

Re: Need a transporter
Well, I'm going to be passing through Hamilton on the weekend, hopefully Saturday. I can pick it up then and pass it on to locker on June 26 at a coffee meet and then he can get it to Sudbury the next time he's up there.
Does any of that sound doable. Of course a PM of what we're transporting would be appropriate. I don't want to be caught with a nuclear device if I can help it.

Re: Need a transporter
One of the best parts about being in this club is how helpfull everyone is.
Living in Ottawa, I've been a benefactor of the club's willingness to help on 3 or 4 occaisions, and all I can say is Thank you once again to all those that are willing to help a fellow member out.
Come to think of it, that's actually how I meant Shawn (Tankhunter) for the first time. Picking up some parts at his house, to bring home to Ottawa for Sgt_B.
Gotta love it when a plan comes together!

Re: Need a transporter
Okay, if it's that Asian girl or anything that looks remotely like her, it may take a while for that package to get to Sudbury.

Re: Need a transporter
Info on "the package" - the item in question is a complete cat-back exhaust off of a 2008 Titan. It is currently located in Hamilton with a fellow Nissan owner (and Club Titan member). I said it was bulky because it is, it is in one piece which puts it ~13' long and almost 3' wide at the cats. Even with a truck I think my best bet is to meet him in Hamilton and install there as my current exhaust is shorter and can be shortened further (no tail pipe and muffler is clamped not welded). If you helpful and resourceful fellas can think of another way to get it here I'm grateful. If not I'll have to wait until the next time something takes me to Southern Ontario.

Re: Need a transporter
Heck, that's an easy problem to solve. We'll just cut it into 3 or 4 pieces.Miner wrote:Info on "the package" - the item in question is a complete cat-back exhaust off of a 2008 Titan. So when should I pick it up?

Re: Need a transporter
You were. I just feel that the strongest and longest lived exhaust system will be the stocker with no unnecessary cuts or welds. Eventually it will get cut to add an 18" Magnaflow or a X-Pipe and Dual SLP Loud Mouths but I want to keep it as solid as possible until then.
