in need of some liftage

Post by BaTmAn13 »

hey guys and galls

so im in the market for a lift kit i have checked out the Calmini kit for the 2wd frontier http://www.purenissan.com/3_suspension_2wd.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (the pre runner bumper they have is cool to) anybody have any experience with their products i have herd positive and negative reviews.....also another kit im looking at is one from total chaos fab it is more money in the long run but it is a nicer kit i think http://www.chaosfab.com/91420.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; not sure if anybody has used any of their stuff in the past but if you have I would like to know what you thought of it. If there are any other kits that i should look at. I might try and make my own (bonus part of being a millwright) but im not to sure where to start the rear would be easy to do but the front might be a little harder. anyhow let me know what you think

cheers :ugeek:
in the event of an off road emergency ......gas and lots of it

There are a bunch of packages from AC you can take a look at.

Watch it! I'm keeping my eye on you.

The kit from total chaos is superior, and if you want some type of decent customer service or if you need any new parts my moneys on Total Chaos. They just know how to do the customer service thing at a higher level.

I've had dealings with Calmini, both good and bad. In the end Calmini did come through for my needs but they were very almost too painfully slow to react. I get the impression that they see us (Canada) as too small a market to make it worth their time. I am sure there are others who would agree with me on that.

But its wierd...they do build good stuff, but the long delays in getting replacement parts just tarnishes their image :confuse:
