what kind of tires should i get

hi im new here and i have 2000 exterra i think it's the 6 cylinger version but i cant tell and my buidd has these 35 inch tires he wants to sell me for like practically nothing and i wanted to know if they would fit oh and one more thing i want to fix the exhaust thing up i want to be loud what kind of exhaust can i put on it would a y-pipe with twin out pipes work?

I dunno - I'm re-thinking my on-line personality. Maybe something more akin to: Less thoughtful, no grammar, a little more belligerent.
