I had a guy on NPORA match a new lock cylinder to my truck. I just mailed him the spare key, and a week later in the mail I had a perfectly working lock cylinder to replace my busted one. He lubed it with the wd40 silicone spray, that was last year and it's been smooth as glass ever since.

Do you have a name and contact info? I have a rear lock that needs doing

The door locks have pin tumblers. They can be replaced at will.
All you need to to is take the c-clip off the end of he lock and replace them with the right height tumblers. Any locksmith can do this.

Alternatively you can usually take it apart, clean any corrosion, and put it back together.

Will have to try to take it apart and hopefully not mix up the pins
