Re: banana wont start
Does the electrical in the rest of the vehicle work? ie: radio, etc..?
step 1) find starter - passenger side lower side
step 2) find hammer
step 3) hit starter while key is held in crank position
If it still doesn't start, you need to get down to the starter with a test light.
There's 2 wires at the starter. The main battery wire should have constant 12V
the small signal wire should have 12V when key is in crank position.
If you are missing one of those 2, you need to follow that circuit backwards to battery.

Re: banana wont start
It is a wild card, but disconnect the battery for a minute and reconnect. Not likely to work but it is easy to try.

Re: banana wont start
Is there a main fuse or fusible link near the battery that may have burnt?

Re: banana wont start
There is, and it got blown on the trail (Coldwater) few years back, we used a penny or something just to get it going. Luke I wonder if you ever replaced that fuse with new one, or maybe that penny finally gave up?adamzan wrote:Is there a main fuse or fusible link near the battery that may have burnt?
