IMS gasket

Post by Yorkdiver »

Bought an IMS which didn't have a gasket. Couple of people have said that there is an existing one that can be used. Not sure if I want to trust that.

So, thinking that I'll get new ones just in case. Looking up the part number on Boulder Nissan's site and it looks like it is part humber 14035. Can anyone confirm that before I splurge?

Thanks.

Old post, but replying..IMS has it's own gasket to seat the upper manifold to the IMS. Contact the supplier or goop the chit outter her. Do you still have issues? Did you get one?

Just got one from the manufacturer. Just installed it 2 weeks ago and haven't checked mileage yet. No issues with the engine though so happy so far.
