Wont start after getting wet

Here is a little issue I am encountering with my 04 R50. After getting it swamped, and stuck, I was able to get it hauled out a few hours later. at that time I was able to start it and get it running. Since every light came on, I decided to turn it off and haven't been able to start it since. I drained the air intake hose, which had a lot of water in the box not surprising since the water level was at the seat height in the truck. so far I have taken the plugs out and replaced them,(no water in Cyl) It seems like she isn't getting any fuel? Does anyone have any idea what I should be checking for ie,the fuel pump, fuel pump relay? Has anyone else encountered this before? I AM NOT FAMILAR WITH THSES TRUCKS AS I HAVE ONLY HAD HER A FEW MONTHS NOW? is there anything like an inertia switch on these trucks either?
Anyone have any idea of where to start to get it running again??
Cheers

Water level that high, I'm sure the ECM is fried, and probably a few more electronics.

You have to check out where your air intake is on any rig. Then stay below that, or else. Problemos. Good luck.

IF the ecm is fried, would I still be getting spark at the plugs? and everything else works on the truck?

It's hard to say. I'd suggest at least opening up the ecm box and visually checking the circuit board for signs of rust on the contacts that could be shorted out.
Iirc that also has NATS key security with would be part of either the ecm or the Smart entry control unit.

Are there any codes stored?

Try disconnecting the battery for a while. Long shot but free to try.

I checked for Codes last Nights but there are none, Then again battery was disconnected for about a week< had to give it A good charge, I think maybe there is water in the fuel. everything works the way its suppose too, pulled # 1 plug, only a light smell of gas and not real wet. Fuel pump comes on the way it should, Since it has fly by wire gas pedal, that works the throttle body, Has great spark.,So I figure I have water in the tank, and will be dropping my filter on the weekend and draining my tank..Water got a bit high on the drivers side but not close enough to the computer( water mark is below it). I am also hoping to do all of this with out pulling my fuel pump..Does anyone know if there is a drain plug on bottom of tank??

So the ECM never got wet at all? Does the truck try fire when cranking or does it just crank without firing?

Well guys, it was water in the tanks, after draining it by jumping fuel pump and flushing it a few times with fresh fuel i was up and running.. Will be dropping tank this spring and sealing the hoses that attach to the tank and trying to seal it up,Would like to build a snorkel for summer use.
\Thanks for all the advice
