The choke is probably your best bet. After working at an EMI lab. I have seen many sources of interference fixed with a few ferrites lol.

The antenna and light power are far enough away...I'd think. Antenna is a magnet mount on the cab and the antenna wire is run through the 3rd brake light, over the head liner down the driver side a pillar, under the dash to the cb. Ground for the cb is behind the cb less than a foot away. Power for the reverse lights runs from a fuse panel down along the passenger side frame rail to the relay. Stock reverse lights tied into the relay. Revers LED's are mounted on top of the fibreglass cap at the rear aprox. 5' +\- from the antenna. Where would you or Adam say to mount the little black box emi cleaner? On the wire feeding the relay? Or the individule wires feeding the lights?

I'd put the choke on the CB power lead as close to the back of the CB as you can get.
