I hate trying to figure out offsets and such. Forgive me, but I'm assuming the rulers are set at a specific crosshairs to each other to get a offset number? I see the vertical ruler is set at 6" on the horizontle. Would this be for tire width perhaps? Just askin cause like unsaid I can never figure the offset stuff out and if this helps me understand well than I'll remember it.
