Or if you take off the hub and it doesn't seem to sit right, and feels like it is pushing out, try and turn it until it clicks in properly.

Thanks Simon! Appreciate anything to help these guys get it back working properly. Will keep you posted IF they tell me what the actual problem with reassembly ended up being.
